Galena Neal, Owner | APRN-BC
Galena Neal is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and holds her Master’s degree in Nursing from South University where she graduated with high honors. She is also a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. With over 15 years of medical experience, Galena originally cared in both Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units.
While always having an eye for beauty and a love for health, she decided to merge her passions together and transition her career to focusing on Aesthetics. Galena takes pride in working closely with each patient to create a tailored plan that fits the specific needs of the individual. She is driven by the satisfaction her patients find in their treatments, which is why it is so important to her that she listens carefully and finds a solution that her patient is comfortable with.
Galena brings a talented ability to see natural beauty and symmetry which translates directly into her work. In addition to her extensive work experience, Galena holds professional certifications in cosmetic lasers, Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella and Skin Care. When not with her patients or volunteering at her children’s school, you will probably find Galena either exercising, riding bikes on the beach, or relaxing on the water with her husband and children.
Mike Damico | PA-C
Mike is a Certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience in emergency medicine, critical care and aesthetics. He is nationally certified by the NCCPA, and brings extensive knowledge of the most current
injectable treatments including various dermal fillers, neuromodulators and PDO threading.
Mike’s aesthetic approach focuses on artistic, natural, and clinically safe techniques with the goal of enhancing his patients in the most subtle, yet powerful way. He is a lifelong student of his craft and is constantly working to find newer and more innovative techniques to ensure that his work is reflective of the most up-to-date and highest quality education.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys kayaking and relaxing on the beach.
Katelyn Gerg | Licensed Medical Esthetician
Kate is a Licensed Medical Esthetician who loves connecting with her clients and helping them feel confident in their skin.
Kate's approach to skincare is unmatched, and she enjoys working with her patients to set realistic expectations. Education is everything to her, and she works closely with her clients to teach at home care in order to maintain the results they love.
Some of her services include: Hydrafacials, Luxury facials, Dermaplaning, Skinpen Microneedling, Morpheus RF Microneedling and the amazing Zo 3 Step Peel.

Jaycee Connolly | Spa Coordinator
Jaycee leads much of the day to day patient operations. She graduated high school magna cum laude with an associates degree and in honor society. She is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in business from St. Petersburg College.
Jaycee’s mix of being driven, caring and outgoing along with her problem solving and organizational skills bring tremendous value to the customer experience at Glow St. Pete. She has leadership experience as a gymnastics coach, as well as a manager at Ice Cream Old Farmers Creamery Shop, and additionally served as a lead managing server at Salt Shack in Tampa.
Outside of work and school, Jaycee is an accomplished singer who has performed at multiple venues across the Tampa Bay Area, as well as Nashville, and has released three
original songs available on all streaming music platforms.
